Ende September/Anfang Oktober waren wir die einzigen Gäste, dementsprechend war es sehr ruhig. Auch das Umfeld war absolut ruhig. Sehr schöne Wohnung, vollständig ausgestattet. Toller Blick vom Balkon in die Berge. Check in und out sehr unkompliziert. Schöner Fußweg am Fluss entlang nach Le Bourg (ca 6 km).

Toilette und Badezimmer sind getrennt. Bequeme Sessel. Funktionierende Heizung. Gemütliche Beleuchtung.

gite sympa et joli, environnement calme. Je suis venue avec mon papa et mon mari et mes 2 gros chiens. La propriétaire a bien voulu accepter mes 2 chiens (j'ai prévenu à l'avance avant de réserver) car normalement elle accepte que 1 chien par logement. Mais j'ai insisté qu'ils étaient bien éduqués et ne poseraient pas de souci. Elle nous a fait confiance et je l'en remercie car j'ai pu passer de super vacances à la neige en famille avec mes 2 toutous.

We stayed at Ferme Noemie for a week of skiing. Location is excellent, it being 5 mins from Allemond which is 2 cable cars from central Alpe d'Huez. With the accommodation being in the valley it doesn't get the snowfall seen higher up which makes getting around much easier. A large Intermarche in Bourg makes self catering here a breeze. Melanie, the owner, leaves you to enjoy your stay but is available and responsive if any queries/issues.
We arrived at 6pm on New Year's Eve and found all of the supermarkets closed early. A welcome pack of basic foods for the first night would have been so appreciated (although acknowledge this wish is due to us not being able to food shop due to the travel date and time which most people would not encounter).
Accommodation review
The Barn is beautiful and functional accommodation. The end one of 3 gites, we found Melanie had left it warm and welcoming for us, with heating and lights on. The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a dining table and 6 chairs and a comfortable L shaped sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were in need of nothing. The Barn sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and pillows/mattresses are really comfortable. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Despite being 30 seconds drive from the road up the valley, there is no noise heard from the traffic. We would def return.

La grandeur du logement est parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, Mélanie est au petits soins. Et pour ceux qui viennent skier à l’alpe d’Huez, le logement est très bien placé avec les nouvelles cabines du eau d’olles express et des casiers au pied de ces cabines, c’est le top.

Grand appartement très agreable bien expose, bien agece et propre
Il manque peut etre quelques éléments utiles mais pas indispensables comme un grille pain, et peut être aussi liquide vaisselle , huile , vinaigre car on ne pense pas toujours à l emporter
