The establishment
A great site, with great facilities, views and lots of local places to hike and cycle. St Pierre de Chartreuse is pleasant town with good small supermarket & boulangerie. The pool was great !

We loved the friendly, family atmosphere. The team looked after us at the site very well. The pool was great. We enjoyed fresh bread every day. The restaurant served local food and was delicious. We loved the hiking, Bastille Day fireworks, local wine…

Wir haben uns auf dem Campingplatz sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist, trotz Nähe zur Straße, sehr ruhig und in perfekter Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Der Platz, die Inhaber, die Ruhe, die Lage, der Service - alles wunderbar und wir empfehlen diesen Platz sowohl für Wohnmobilisten, für Wohnwagenfahrer für Zelter uneingeschränkt weiter

Wir waren mit dem Wohnmobil dort und hatten einen ausreichend großen Stellplatz. Generell sind die Stellplätze großzügig angelegt. Allerdings sollte man Auffahrkeile dabei haben, da die meisten Plätze sehr uneben sind.

We had almost ohne week of holidays with our 4 and 6 year old children at martiniere. The hosts are very friendly. There is a great restaurant at the campsite with tasty food. The swimming pool is great. The view in the mountains is impressive and the hiking tours in the surrounding are great for Kids. Everything wonderful

Thank you for your post. We don't understand wery well what you mean by not ecological about the place of chemical toilet, but don't worry it is drain directly to sewage treatment plant. For somebody who seams very concerned by the ecologique question its very strange to be not happy to have not the possibilities to use air con especially at our altitude (1000 m). Warmly Brice&Céline

Spacious pitch with great facilities on the campsite. Nice hikes and restaurants within only a few minutes drive.
Cash only for smaller purchases (bread/ice-cream) and bigger supermarket is a bit far away (20 min drive)

The pitch was huge, we have a big twin axle caravan plus a big car and we still had lots of spare room. Pitch was well cared for too and clean. Swimming pool was lovely and clean too. All facilities were very good.

The establishment
One of the best sites I have stayed at. We had a great view from our pitch, there was good information about walks you could do from the site (we walked to the monastery and museum from the site on one of our days), good cycling, friendly and informative staff, clean facilities, a nice pool to cool off in and fresh bread and croissants could be ordered daily. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked nice with a simple but good menu.

The amazing view of Chamechaude from our pitch (which meant we had to walk up it during our stay!) and the planting between pitches that gives privacy. We looked out onto the meadow which provided its own 'natural entertainment'. We were in a small campervan and it was a good flat pitch with electricity.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le camping est propre très bien entretenu et propre. Le petit resto est délicieux et pas cher. L'emplacement confort au top avec une vue magnifique. Rien à dire de plus ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas passé d'aussi belles vacances!

Ce camping est top ! Calme, l'accueil chaleureux et souriant et le personnel très réactif. L'emplacement choisi était très grand, mi ombre, mi soleil. La piscine et les trempolines sont des énormes plus, avec une fille de 6 ans. Des activités organisées certains jours, ma fille s'est régalée. Le petit marché bio a été une très belle surprise et les tomates un délice !! Ma fille pouvait emprunter livres et jeux. On peut commander pains et viennoiseries, j'adore ! Et avec le bar/resto, on pouvait se prendre café, apéro, goûter ou manger au resto ! Génial ! Je recommande vivement !
Peut être y aurait il la possibilité de rajouter des parasols au bord de la piscine ? Ca nous protégerait un peu du soleil

Nous étions sous la tente. Emplacement très grand (2 grandes tentes), mi ombre, mi soleil, à proximité des petits sanitaires annexes qui sont top, de la piscine, des trempolines, du resto et de l'accueil mais super calme. Belle ambiance dans ce camping, beau respect des uns et des autres

Un vrai camping plein de tentes sur de très belles parcelles mais a proportion humaine pas des mobil-home alignés.... Des propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Un camping très propre, des sanitaires impeccables et très pratiques. Camping calme, piscine très agréable pour de très bonnes vacances. Bien sûr nous y retournerons car la Chartreuse est magique

Le camping est très bien placé et très agréable. L'équipe est sympa.
Le bloc sanitaire 2 est petit (2 douches / 2wc) au vu du nombre de campeur autour et n'est plus au gout du jour. il faut sans doute l'agrandir et le rénové. Il manque aussi une raclette pour faire du propre. On ne dispose pas de congélo à disposition pour nos propres bloc de glaces (lié au covid. d'après le covid...) et à la place il est possible d'acheter (1.5€) une bouteille d'eau minérale congelé. C'est chers, peu pratique et semble t il pas très écologique.

une si belle région
La réservation est déjà un véritable questionnaire policier qui vous décourage de vous inscrire. L'accueil a été détestable. Aucune discussion n'est possible sur le changement de l'heure de départ du camping. On nous assène la réglementation alors qu'un simple "désolé mais tout est loué pour demain et les clients ont prévenus qu'ils arriveraient tôt" aurait été plus efficace. Aucune notion de base de ce qu'est la relation commerciale. Je campe depuis plusieurs décennies, je n'ai jamais connu cela. Un conseil, changez de métier!

Nous vous avons déjà fait une réponse sur google et n’allons pas nous étendre d’avantage. Simplement pour faire preuve de votre mauvaise fois : vous dites « l’accueil a été détestable », pourquoi pas mais il n’y a qu’a faire un petit tour sur l’ensemble des plateformes de notation et voir ce que les gens retranscrivent et tout votre commentaire tombe à l’eau. En ce qui concerne le changement de métier, nous l’envisagerons si malheureusement un jour nous n’avons que des clients comme vous. En tout cas nous vous souhaitons une bonne journée Madame Pariot.

Séjour qui a permis de faire une belle transition entre la fin du boulot et la suite des vacances en Ardèche. Camping très calme et ressourçant. La piscine très bien, le resto très bon et un accueil super Les sanitaires collectifs très propres et agréables.
peut être prévoir quelques parasols autour de la piscine pour les personnes souhaitant être un peu plus à l'ombre.

Manque à mon avis quelques parasols à la piscine et un compost au niveau du tri sélectif . Notifier de façon plus clair les consignes de tri sur les containers .

Très chouette camping à taille humaine. Emplacelents spacieux, piscine agréable après une bonne rando (le coin est magnifique et bien situé pour rayonner aux alentours). Le resto-bar est un réel plus. Bref, campinf vivement recommandé.

L'accueil très sympathique et très arrangeant est un gros plus. La possibilité de louer un frigo en période de canicule a radicalement changé la donne et nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances. Le restaurant est également de qualité et abordable. Enfin, tout est très propre et bien tenu, et la piscine a également permis de survivre à la canicule alors que nous ne pensions pas nous en servir initialement.
Les propriétaires n'ayant aucun contrôle sur les bûcherons qui jouent de la tronçonneuse de 9h à 18h, ni sur les chiens qui aboient en pleine nuit, impossible de faire le moindre reproche objectif, donc rien à redire !

L'emplacement de 130 M2 était vraiment très bien, nous étions deux couples d'amis avec deux tentes deux voitures et nous avions largement la place pour mettre les tables, à l'ombre ou au soleil... parfait

Un séjour qui devient pour nous indispensable chaque été. Un peu trop court cette année. Un vrai ressourcement et le bonheur de séjourner aussi avec nos petits enfants.

un emplacemnt spacieux, ombragé où il fait bon se reposer et à proximité de tout ce dont on a besoin ( sanitaires, piscine, jeux... ). On apprécie le calme et la nature, des arbres magnifiques, des haies et des fleurs. Même qd le le camping est complet on s'y sent bien. Et les 3 somets de Chartreuse......On adore
Nous étions cette année côté route assez bruyant la journée en pleine saison....on s'éloignera l'année prochaine.

Bar/resto et la place devant très sympa (malheureusement le resto avait trop de succès et je n'ai pas pu y manger). Accueil très sympa. Piscine agréable (un peu d'ombre serait le bienvenu autour de la piscine).
Le seul petit bémol est la route, mais on ne peut pas faire grand chose. Un soir il y avait une fête de l'autre coté de la route, qui a été bruyante, et tout le camping en a "profité".

Magnifique région pour randonner. Camping super avec de beaux emplacements gazonnés et sans cailloux (ce qui est très rare??). Accueil nickel, sanitaires fonctionnels et propres, piscine sympa et petit resto excellent avec des produits frais.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel du camping. Les emplacements sont de bonnes tailles et ombragés pour la très grande majorité. Les sanitaires sont propres et il y en a suffisamment. Et l'accent est mis sur le respect de chacun et de la nature.

Malgré la proximité de la route menant au col de Porte, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au camping de la Martinière. Notre emplacement était spacieux et nous offrait une jolie vue sur les alentours.
Les sanitaires réservés aux messieurs n'offraient pas le même confort que ceux destinés aux dames (ceux-ci ayant été destinés aux deux genres au début de notre séjour, j'ai pu comparer les deux...)

Wir waren mit einem Dachzelt unterwegs. Leider hatte es davor und auch währenddessen geregnet, somit war der Rasenplatz teilweise matschig. Aber man konnte Flecken mit weniger Matsch auf dem Stellplatz finden.

Heel vriendelijk onthaald door het team van deze camping. Grote plaatsen, ideale uitvalsbasis voor mooie bergwandelingen. Heel rustige camping met basic maar leuk zwembad. Complete stilte na 22u. Er is een restaurantje waar je lekker kan eten. Alles wat er bereid wordt, kan je ook afhalen. Op voorhand reserveren is wel een must. We raden deze camping zeker aan.

We stayed at this nice green campsite in this beautiful environment and liked it very much!
This is not about the campsite but we were disappointed that we could not do the walk to the monastere because of our dog (not allowed).

En effet les chiens sont les bienvenus sur le camping mais il est vrai qu'en montagne, notamment sur les alpages (et en Chartreuse, aux abords du monastère) vous ne pouvez pas emmener vos chiens... Een hele vriendelijke gemoedelijke sfeer op deze camping. Uitzicht op de omgeving is prachtig. Heerlijk vers brood iedere ochtend. Aardige behulpzame eigenaar en lekker authentiek Frans restaurant. Er zijn veel wandelingen te doen en ook leuke steden, welness en mooi Lac in de omgeving.

De directe omgeving, veel wandelingen mogelijk zonder veel met de auto te moeten rijden. We stonden op een fijne plek , nr 83. Rustig, ver van zwembad, kinderspeelplek, zon en schaduw de hele dag en prachtig uitzicht.

Wat heerlijk om op een camping te staan waar veel echte kampeerders en weinig trekkers of glamping-types waren. De meeste mensen waren actief in de bergen, het zwembad is er om even lekker af te koelen en 's avonds is het vroeg rustig. De vriendelijke eigenaren zijn altijd aanwezig voor advies of hulp.
Het kleinere sanitairblok is qua comfort niet te vergelijken met het grotere gebouw, maar voor een uitgebreide douche is het niet erg om even wat verder te lopen.

Sfeer op de camping, omgeving (bergen, fietsen, wandelen), zwembadje om even af te koelen, leuk restaurant en rustig. Kampeerders uit verschillende landen maakt het ook leuk.
Qua hygiëne zou het wat schoner kunnen; toiletpapier was soms op. P.s. Wij zijn wel een echtpaar, maar niet senior - de optie van ‘ (echt)paar’ bij de vraag ‘verblijfstype’ toevoegen zouden we zeer op prijs stellen.

Prima ruime plek met voldoende schaduw en zon. Ook al was het aan de wegzijde, dat verkeer hoor je nauwelijks bewust. Mooi uitzicht rondom op de bergen.
De verlichting van het pad tegenover onze standplaats (nr. 11) was ‘s nachts wel fel - dimmen van het licht of een kapje erop waardoor het vooral op het pad schijnt zou mooi zijn; dat is voldoende licht om in het donker naar het toiletgebouw te lopen.

Mooie wandelingen zijn te maken vanaf de camping en nabij gelegen omgeving. Prettig zwembad op de camping. Gemoedelijke sfeer en vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers/ eigenaren.
Tweede toilet gebouwtje achterop het terrein. Hard nodig en fijn dat het er is, maar toiletten lopen slecht door en te weinig afwasplekken.

Hele mooie omgeving met vele mooie wandelingen en bezienswaardigheden. Zwembad en speeltuintje leuke ontmoet plekken voor de kids. Zagen veel kids hier samen komen en met elkaar spelen.
Zorg dat je op tijd reserveert bij het restaurant en zelfs je take away bestelling want dit was allemaal lastig. Zorg dat je genoeg cash bij je hebt. Maar dit geldt voor heel Frankrijk. Voor het tijdperk waarin wij nu leven vonden wij dit weer even wennen.

De camping is mooi gelegen met leuk uitzicht rondom op de bergen. Ook van op het terras van het gezellig restaurantje. Een heel mooie omgeving en wel wat te doen. Grenoble is ons als stad echter erg tegengevallen.
De camping was volzet en daar is het sanitair eigenlijk niet op voorzien. Iets waar we ook vele andere gasten over hoorde klagen. Er is te weinig sanitair en dat van de mannen is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Er werd zeker meermaals gepoetst, maar er waren veel jonge kinderen op de camping en dat heeft ook zijn effect op het sanitair (snel vuil). Voor tieners is er weinig te beleven op de camping en ze misten ook een plaats om ergens samen te komen.

Het is een mooi terrein met enkele heel mooie plaatsen die ook voldoende schaduw hebben.
Op het midden terrein staat het wat te vol. En een pleintje voor de tieners om bv wat te sporten is er niet. Wij hadden een plaats met schaduw gevraagd en dat was er wel een beetje in de voormiddag maar de rest van de dag stonden we in de volle zon. Ook het zwembad is niet voorzien voor zoveel volk. Het was er ook een komen en gaan van kampeerders, vele verblijven er maar een paar dagen

We vonden het een heerlijke camping , niet te groot, lekker zwembad. vriendelijke eigenaar. en een mooie omgeving.
Verbeter punten , een speelveldje ergens in het midden van de camping zou fijn zijn. en het tweede toilet gebouw mag wel iets uitgebreider.

Wij kampeerden met een grote 6 persoons tunnel tent, hebben dus een grote plek nodig. De plekken op de camping voldoen ruimschoots. Wij hadden zeker niet de grootste plek maar nog steeds voldoende ruimte.

Camping restaurant was erg simpel, hierdoor hier ook maar één keer gegeten. Toiletgebouw bij de tentplaatsen was ook erg simpel, geen wc bril, spoelde niet heel erg goed door.

Een niet te grote, sympathieke camping gelegen tussen bergen. Mooi zicht vanop de camping. Ideale locatie om wandelingen te doen. We hadden het geluk van altijd mooi, zonnig, warm weer te hebben.

De plaats was goed omringd door een haag en een boom. We stonden zo vrij rustig. We stonden in de uithoek van het terrein, zo hadden we weinig hinder van het kampleven. Er stond een watertappunt op onze plaats, daar kwamen kampeerders water tappen. Ons stoorde dat niet, we deden dan een babbeltje met de mensen. We stonden dicht bij het toiletgebouwtje. Dat was een voordeel als je 's nachts moest gaan plassen. We hadden er geen hinder van. We hadden 's morgens nog schaduw en na de middag stond de tent ook weer in de schaduw. Dat was positief bij het warme weer.
De camping was bij boeking zo goed als volzet en daardoor stond onze tent op een plaats meteen langs de weg. Zo zijn er nog een hele reeks plaatsen. Je hoort de auto's en vooral moto's voorbijrijden. 's Nachts om in slaap te vallen is dat storend, ook 's morgens vroeg. Er zijn vele plaatsen verder verwijderd van de baan. De douches zijn wat temperatuur, waterdruk en spreiding moeilijk te regelen. Soms is het water bij het begin al zo heet dat je je bijna kan verbranden. Het water uit de warmwaterkraan voor het afwassen is heel heel! Opletten om je handen niet te verbranden

De ruime plaats vonden we super, het restaurant is top, heerlijk brood (pain de campagne), groot zwembad. Proper sanitair en goede voorziening om af te wassen. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen in de buurt.
Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een diepvriezer waar je koelblokken of flessen in kan bevriezen. Jammer dat je niet rechtstreeks vanop de camping op het wandelpadje naar het achtergelegen riviertje geraakt. Je moet hiervoor eerst een stukje langs de baan wandelen wat met een hondje lastig is.

de camping heeft een mooie ligging, de meeste plekken zijn ruim, er zijn niet alleen nederlanders, veel mooie grote bomen.
ik vond de eerste indruk van de entree niet leuk, de camping heeft een slagboom, dat vind ik jammer en het pleintje op het pleintje bij de ingang ligt heel veel grind, ook was het vrij druk toen we aankwamen en was het sanitair niet schoon. De volgende dag is mijn mening wat betreft de drukte bijgesteld, de camping is rustig en aangenaam. De rest van de camping is ook heel groen!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. We hadden een mooie grote plek met zo'n en schaduw. Aardige behulpzame receptie.
De was-en douche gelegenheid achter in de camping waren een beetje beperkt en er waren vaak loodgieters problemen. Tip: beter uitleggen hoe de klepjes voor het afval te gebruiken (ook voor het wc papier). Het duurde een paar dagen voor wij door hadden dat de klepjes, klepjes waren ;)

Het was fantastisch vooral onze plek met het mooi uitzicht op het rustige deel van de camping. Jullie hebben alles keurig voor elkaar. Alleen maar lof!

Camping is rustig. Het is erg schoon en goed onderhouden. De plaats waar wij stonden was niet helemaal recht. Maar het uitzicht was fantastische!
De camping ligt wat verder weg van een dorpje. Even met de fiets naar het dorp fietsen zit er niet in. Je kan er wel prachtig fietsen.
