We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the large pitch size and the location in the Alp region.
Although the sanitary facilities were clean most of the time, we thought the toilets and showers were a bit outdated. Moreover, the facilities were lacking in some respects. For example, there was no toilet paper or soap for the toilets, and there was no possibility in the shower to place your soap or shampoo conveniently in the stall. Also, for the showers located on the outside, the water would not drain properly leaving us standing in a few centimeters of water even if we only showered for a short time.
Accommodation review
The pitch size was good and gave us all the space we needed. We liked that on request we were placed in a spot with a lot of shade, which made us very comfortable given the warm temperatures.
There was a little steep, grassy hill that we had to drive up to get our car to our spot, and especially when it had rained, it became a bit tricky to get the car in place without slipping. For caravans, this might be an issue.

Accueil et personnel très sympathiques. Emplacement et environnement super.
Le mobil-home très vétuste, literie aussi vétuste que le mobil-home. Une remise en état aurait été bienvenue avant la mise en location.

Bonjour Madame et Monsieur CALLOT Nous sommes désolés que le mobilhome ne vous ai pas convenu... Nous remettons à chaque arrivant, en location, l'inventaire les infos à connaitre sur notre camping et Snack et une fiche vous demandant de nous signaler si quelque chose ne convenait pas, de nous l'indiquer rapidement , afin de pouvoir rectifier au plus tôt, les soucis rencontrés. Or vous avez rendu cette fiche... vierge, quelques jours plus tard, en signalant simplement " manque un verre et une fourchette" (fiche que je vais vous adresser par courrier d'ailleurs) Et Cathy et Aymeric, qui s'occupent des ménages, vous ont apporté ce qui manquait et vous ont demandé, comme ils font systématiquement, "si tout allait bien, et de ne pas hésiter à signaler tout problème, car on était là pour ça !? ..." Tout votre séjour s'est passé sans que vous ne soyez passé à l'accueil ou autre pour signaler des soucis que vous rencontriez. Nous pouvions vous proposer un autre mobilhome ( vous aviez demandé un modèle 4/5 places - qui sont les plus anciens - en janvier et nous n’avions plus que celui-ci de disponible, car beaucoup d'option étaient déjà posées ) sans changement de tarif, même pour un modèle différent ( notre souci ayant toujours été de satisfaire nos clients) Quand à la literie et à la propreté du Mobilhome alors Non !! Les matelas ont été changés cette saison! Et les ménages sont effectués par des personnes plus que maniaques ...foi de tous nos clients depuis 3 ans !!!! Jamais une seule réclamation sur le ménage... !! Quel dommage que vous gardiez un mauvais souvenir de ce séjour ...Nous en sommes désolés vraiment D'autant qu'il y avait plein de solutions. Les oiseaux chantent en permanence sauf entre 23h et 6h bravo ils sont bien dressés!
Des barres de maintien dans les WC turques . Peut-être une location (15/6&15/9) de vélos assistance électrique avec un partenaire extérieur ou peut être avec le resto? Pour économiser l'eau, peut être un chauffe eau solaire avec des circuits plus courts?
