We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the large pitch size and the location in the Alp region.
Although the sanitary facilities were clean most of the time, we thought the toilets and showers were a bit outdated. Moreover, the facilities were lacking in some respects. For example, there was no toilet paper or soap for the toilets, and there was no possibility in the shower to place your soap or shampoo conveniently in the stall. Also, for the showers located on the outside, the water would not drain properly leaving us standing in a few centimeters of water even if we only showered for a short time.
Accommodation review
The pitch size was good and gave us all the space we needed. We liked that on request we were placed in a spot with a lot of shade, which made us very comfortable given the warm temperatures.
There was a little steep, grassy hill that we had to drive up to get our car to our spot, and especially when it had rained, it became a bit tricky to get the car in place without slipping. For caravans, this might be an issue.

Wir waren 14 Tage auf dem Campingplatz und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, der Campingplatz war sehr sauber und der Pool sehr schön. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, um Wanderungen, Aktivitäten in der Natur und Ausflüge zu machen.
Die Animation für Kinder war leider nur auf französisch und die Mitarbeitenden sprachen leider auch kein Englisch, so dass es für unsere Kinder kaum möglich war dort mit zu machen, was etwas schade war.

Wir hatten einen schattigen Stellplatz und hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Il s 'agissait pour moi d' un séjour pour une première cure thermale. J 'ai apprécié votre flexibilité, car j' ai pu accueillir ma famille sur quelques jours à des moments différents. Cela en payant seulement les frais inérants aux nombres de personnes supplémentaires.
Il s'agissait de la période estivale, certainement plus difficile pour vous, mais peut-être installer les curistes qui en font la demande au préalable sur des emplacements avec moins de mouvements et/ou plus au calme si cela est possible.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre accueil ainsi que la souplesse qui vous a permis de recevoir votre famille ponctuellement durant votre séjour. Votre remarque concernant le calme est également bien entendue. La période estivale est naturellement la plus animée du camping, mais nous disposons de secteurs plus tranquilles et essayons, lorsque la demande nous est signalée suffisamment en amont et selon les disponibilités, de privilégier ces emplacements pour nos curistes.
